Kelly specializes in organizational assessment, cross cultural interaction, and collaborative program oversight with diversity committees.  Kelly has served as a panelist-providing subject matter expertise, a workshop speaker, and a trainer for corporate, government, city municipalities, and university's through the country and abroad.  Kelly holds a B.A. in Human Relations and a M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.

 

Michael O'Hara

Mike specializes in developing and delivering diversity training, keynote presentations, executive coaching and mentoring, developing and implementing corporate diversity strategies and metrics, conducting organizational assessments, and providing training and consulting services in such areas as interpersonal communications, change management, team building and business process reengineering.  Mike holds an M.A. in Slavic Languages and Linguistics; B.A. in Russian Language, minor Spanish.

Jennifer Rojas
M.S.Senior Consultant

Jennifer specializes in organizational assessment and cross cultural research and facilitation.  She uses knowledge gained from her extensive travels around the world and her proficiency in conflict analysis.  Jennifer has successfully facilitated sessions with clients whose emphasis is to reduce employee disputes in order to prepare for diversity strategic planning.  Jennifer holds a B.A. in Literature Analysis and a M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.

 

Marcus Arvellos
Budget Analyst & Proposal Manager

Mr. Arvellos has nearly 10 years of experience in public and private bid and proposals as well as a solid background in international financial management and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining World Reach Consulting & Training, Marcus served as Senior Budget Manager for the Academy for Educational Development (AED) where he was responsible for financial management of a $37 million investment project covering 14 countries. He has held several positions where he supported field offices with respect to project budgets at the regional and country levels.
